SALIM KATACH, ESQ.

Salim graduated from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University (Hofstra). At Hofstra, Salim tailored his academic curriculum to classes offering hands-on litigation practice, many of which were taught by practicing attorneys and judges. Salim joined the Hofstra Law Review where he aided the journal in preparing articles for publication. Salim published his Note titled “A Tenant’s Procedural Due Process Right in Chronic Nuisance Ordinance Jurisdictions” in the 43rd Volume of the Hofstra Law Review. Salim is a natural born litigator that fights endlessly for his clients.

Salim obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in the field of Law and Entrepreneurship at Duke University School of Law. Salim has experience in Corporate Law, in particular issues arising throughout the stages of a start-up’s life, from formation until its acquisition— including securities, venture capital, and private equity transactions.

Salim is a member of the New York City Bar Association and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. He is fluent in English and proficient in Hebrew and Arabic.

Beyond the classroom, Salim's professional journey spans over a decade in the business world. As an executive in more than a dozen companies across industries such as imports, wholesale trade, and industrial manufacturing, he has been at the forefront of numerous business operations. This extensive experience has provided Salim with firsthand understanding of the complex legal issues that businesses often face. From regulatory compliance and contract negotiation to employment disputes and corporate governance, Salim has seen it all and successfully navigated the legal challenges that accompany business operations.
